5 Tried & Tested Remedies To Reduce Dark Circles

I have suffered from dark circles for a very long time and here are my tried and tested remedies to remove dark circles.

Dark circles are one of the biggest pain points when it comes to beauty related queries and I personally know this because I was affected by this too. I’ve felt uncomfortable walking out of my house without concealer since years now. My dark circles just made me look and feel tired even on days that I absolutely wasn’t. And after trying tons and tons of remedies over the years, I finally saw an impact of almost 60% in my dark circles (shocking right?!) a couple of months ago and only then did I actually believe that this was not a life-long problem. So today, I’m very excited to share with you the most effective tips that have worked for me! This has been life changing for me (no exaggeration, anyone with dark circles will agree) and I hope it does wonders for you too!

1. Dealing with the root cause

How do I say this without sounding preachy? The biggest factors owing to dark circles are stress and sleep and there is no way to beat around that bush without facing the elephant in the room. Give up on phone time if you have to, but clock in 7-9 hours of sleep, depending on what works for you. Stress isn’t just all that easy to deal with as sleep but a great tip to dodge it would be to engage in the activities that make you dance hard laugh loud and let it all go.

2. Miraculous Potion of Vitamin-E Capsules
Something you can get easily at any pharmacist is a Vitamin-E Capsule and
Almond Oil. Both of them are the natural bleaching agents with emollient properties that
rejuvenates the dried and pigmented eye area. You just need to extract oil by pricking some
vitamin-e capsules, take almond oil in an equal quantity and thoroughly mix both in an empty
dropper bottle. Just before you slumber, take a few drops of magic potion on your fingers, rub it
to warm up the oil and apply it carefully on your eyes and around including eyelids. Massage
your eyes in a circular motion for a couple of minutes and leave it overnight.

3. Foreo Iris Illuminating Eye Massager
My online fam already knows my obsession for Foreo products. Its Swedish designed eye
massager is on top of my list right now. Foreo Iris Illuminating Eye Massager with T-sonic
technology and double innovative modes, it helps in increasing my blood circulation around eye
area that makes my eyes firm, supple and wrinkle free. And did I mention, it feels SOOO GOOD?! You can buy it here!

4. Hot-cold tea bags
To all the tea/coffee lovers, I am giving you one more reason to love
them. Yoohoo! Just take two tea bags and soak them in warm water for few minutes and then
refrigerate. Ever heard of pasteurisation? Yes, you have to do that with tea bags this time. The caffeine and beneficial antioxidants in it reduce eyes’ inflammation
and shrink the blood vessels that eventually diminish puffiness and provides a soothing effect.

5. Daily Usage of Eye Cream
Are you a last-minute kind of a person who is always occupied in some work or
the other and just cannot relax? Then this tip holds greater significance for you. Bobbi Brown
eye cream is a perfect ‘gotta go’ solution which if applied twice a day can unveil smoother,
nourished and younger looking eye contours.
While 2nd , 4th  and 5th tip can be used alternatively, it is highly recommended that whatever
option you choose from them, combine it with the 1st  and 2nd tip for the best results.
