If you’ve followed me for a bit you would know I was lucky to see my first snow fall the day I landed in Belgium. I’m now shuttling between colder climates than my skin has yet to be accustomed to. Back in India, winters meant a slight nip in the air and just less humidity! Whereas here in Belgium and when travelling through Europe, I’m braving the cold, one gorgeous snowy day at a time!
Drastic changes in the weather mean significant changes in my skincare too. Since 5 months, I’ve been consciously aware about maintaining a regime. The sole focus of this was to help me put off the aftermath of environmental damage that would cause my skin to age prematurely. Your skin reflects your health, I believe. Which is why I cannot emphasise enough on the importance of looking after it. After all, you’ve got to take care of what Mother Nature blessed you with.
When Himalaya approached me with their new Youth Eternity range to #PreserveYouthfulSkin, I was curious to know more. I personally swear by Himalaya products and have always associated them with being herbal and enriched with natural ingredients. They informed me that these products are formulated from the finest of nature’s youth-preserving ingredients aiming to #PreserveYouthfulSkin. The range consists of the Himalaya Youth Eternity Day Cream, Youth Eternity Night Cream and Youth Eternity Under Eye Cream.
The products have been specially made using stem cells from the Edelweiss Plant found in the Swiss Alps. These stem cells are then combined with herbal active extracts of other natural ingredients like Rose Myrtle, Fire Flame Bush, Woodfordia and Cipadessia Baccifera. This potent concoction claimed to hydrate, regenerate and #PreserveYouthfulSkin. And boy, did it do that and so much more. The day cream and the night cream come in bottles that are super easy to use. The eye cream tube is also extremely convenient. The products are actually very airy and light. They don’t weigh down on your face at all. The night cream though, is slightly denser in consistency than the day cream. I loved that I didn’t feel like I had too much on my face but still woke up to my skin feeling less troubled. As you gear up to enjoy the winters, I urge you guys to pay attention to your skin and #PreserveYouth!
