International Fashion Show London

As you all already know, one of my most favorite cities in the world is London, and for more reasons than one. Whether it be the weather (yes, even the rainy days!), the people, the food, or the fashion, London is just the dreamiest city ever. But, one thing I love in particular is the diversity of London. People from all walks of life and all different countries settle there, which means the city is filled with tons of diverse styles and unique looks—any fashion lovers dream! This is why London was the perfect place to host this year’s International Fashion Show.

The International Fashion Show, IFS for short, is a luxury fashion show that showcases ten different designers, some more established while others more upcoming, under one roof in a tour-like event. In other words, the IFS’s first stop was at the Rosewood London on 25th May–which is the stop I was lucky to attend–but these designers will soon hit the road and also present their designs in New York, Paris, Toronto, Dubai and Mumbai. These designers are like real fashion rockstars!IFS1

To the show, I wore this gorgeous, full sleeve Balmain mini dress with gold and silver jeweled embellishment, courtesy of Front Row London. Even though it looked (and was!) totally glam, I felt super comfortable and totally myself. I chose to style the look with a classic Fendi bag and a pair of black YSL pumps, just to tie the whole look together. You guys know that I never EVER wear black, but this dress just caught my eye—it was something completely different from my normal style and forced me out of my comfort zone a little bit, which is a always good thing in this industry.

Being around all these amazing designs was like my own, personal fantasyland (and was the seriously the epitome of closet goals.)  Everything from the actual clothes to the hair/makeup styling to the accessories was just insane, making picking my favorite looks near impossible. Even though I absolutely fell in love with them all, if I had to pick my absolutely favorites.
